The Physical Diabetic Fix, That Works

Yes,
You can very nearly eliminate your diabetes by regaining not only your former muscularity, but developing and building a super new extra muscular body.

Your present muscle cells have not only likely their numbers cut in half, they have been rendered insulin resistant and unable to no longer absorb much sugar even with extraordinary high insulin trying to force these muscle cells to absorb high sugar.

The problem of your diabetes comes about, because your body was never made to handle huge amounts of sudden refined sugar digestion.

.....but has managed to have compensated and gotten away with it, for years by manufacturing large amounts of insulin and after your liver is full, dumping and forcing the excess sugar into being accepted by whatever muscles you had.

Understand this.....

  • Resting muscles are able to absorb and store sugar
  • Working muscles burn sugar

Now you have several things that have happened that have made this method of compensating, something that no longer works.

  1. You have had your body cells working over a long period of time (years) developing a higher and higher resistance to the higher and higher insulin level your body has produced to make this work.
  2. These muscle cells are forced to accept too much sugar by high insulin (insulin is a fat making hormone), they are involuntarily forced to become a FAT cell.
  3. Therefore, your body cells (muscles primarily) develop a defense, an ever increasing resistance to high insulin.
    So they in effect develop a defense and are refusing to readily accept surplus sugar (BG).
  4. Your lack of exercises and lack of full active use of your muscles as you age, makes less muscle cells (as much as 50% less) available to absorb this excess flood of sugar from your modern man diet.
  5. To compound this, some muscle cells are turned by this higher and higher insulin into more fat cells.

Therefore, the fatter, the more fat cells or obese (established fat cells enlarged to bursting) you are, the less cells you have to absorb excess sugar.

Therefore you become rapidly obese and you have cut your body's ability to dispose of even a moderate high sugar peak.

    The result,
  • ever higher sugar
  • ever higher insulin levels trying to force sugar acceptance by remaining cells
  • only one place for excess sugar to go
  • this is either peed out
  • OR
  • OR this high insulin turns more and more muscle cells into fat cells when necessary to dump this sugar
(In an adult number of fat cells are not necessarily increased. present fat cells are just made larger and larger.

Each of your cells converted to fat increased the problem since this makes even one less muscle cell to absorb sugar.

Therefore, once this process starts, your putting on weight (fat cells and enlarging established fat cells) accelerates.

This new weight (growing fat cells) and adding accelerates and it is very difficult to stop this progression.

Your excess sugar has nowhere to go, your pancreas has topped out at 3 or 4 times the usual insulin level and you are told.

YOU NOW HAVE "Diagnosed" DIABETES.

Now you will hear from your doctor, your nutritionist or whoever has been "hired" to train you to "control" your diabetes, that you must exercise to keep your diabetes from progressing at an even faster rate.
What they are not telling you is this "walking and routine" "exercise" muscle retain or regained will only help you to a degree to retain the present sugar levels

To handle the sugar levels that now have no where to go...(high insulin resistance) plus loss of half your younger day muscle mass is all that is remaining, you have to take drastic steps to keep your body from being subjected to further sugar stress of high level input.

Do the exercise to build muscles back and even do strength training to build more muscles than you ever had and you will automatically fix your sugar peak problem by giving your body some place to temporarily put sugar peaks. The NEW muscle does not have the built in 30 year Insulin resistance build up.

EVERY EXERCISE- STRENGTH BUILDER AND MAINTAINER (keep the sugar peak problem from getting worse over time) HELPS TREMENDOUSLY-

Not only do you burn some sugar, with exercise, the main thing is you maintain ("maintain current level of sugar dump"), the exercise idea is to stop further muscle loss.
WHY STRENGTH TRAINING IS DIFFERENT AND CRUCIAL FOR BIG IMPROVEMENTS

To regain some of your former now lost muscle MASS, you take up something called strength training which means you stretch or exceed your normal muscle use, then in a few days, your body adds NEW muscle.

Your Body- Made by Nature for Low Slow high fiber food and slow Sugar Processing,- after 40 to 50 years of FLOODING your body with HIGH modern man refined sugar and starch, your body accumulates damage and man refined sugar and starch produces, in Self Defense, HIGH INSULIN LEVELS to force cells to accept all of this very excess sugar levels.

This high insulin, does even more damage than the high glucose (sugar level) they tell you about.

Your body's cells in SELF DEFENSE year after year accumulate and build a little more and more defense against damage from High Insulin Levels. This means to get rid of these dangerous sugar peaks, your body has had the Pancreas double the amount of Insulin and double the force to take up this excess sugar. You body cells continue to develop year after year, even higher and higher cell insulin resistance. and raises the ante on it year by year. Finally the pancreas has to make 4 times the normal Insulin Level and cell resistance by age 50 to 60 in most people has become so high the insulin tops out. Your pancreas has not been able to rise anymore to continue to compensate for the ever increased resistance.

In fact your Pancreas has become over strained and starts to shut down the level a little, totally exhausted. the cells not absorbing the sugar, leaves this excess sugar nowhere to go and it floods your Bloodstream.

You now have 2 things doing rampant body damage- your Very High Insulin, itself very damaging and blood sugar now in your bloodstream at uncontrolled levels causing "diabetic complications" such as nerve damage, kidney damage, blindness, neuropathy and even death if it kills a heart controlling nerve.

Meanwhile, the other thing happens at age 50 to 60. For example, you start to lose muscle mass and we have told you here and you get out of physical shape over time at the very worse time, and what was firm, active muscle become "Flab".

Hopefully, Now you understand why 20% have diabetes and another 20% are nearly there and that 20% will be winding up with diabetes shortly.

The cells your body was trying to use to defend itself to get this flood of sugar out of way, was your muscle cells primarily.

This is the problem we are working to get you to understand.

Your sugar level is rising because you are now likely less physically active as you age but you nevertheless keep eating the same level.

Your Insulin level has now gone sky high trying to force the same amount of sugar into what has become half or less of the former muscle mass, now flab.

  1. This means you are burning less sugar as you slow down physical activity as you age.
  2. Eating the same or often even a higher level of self treats, rewarding your self with sugar and starchy foods.
  3. Your toned muscle mass has shrunk, often by 50% and the usual "muscle" sugar dump is gone; your body has practically no where to get rid of high blood sugar in self defense.
  4. Your cell insulin resistance has risen by now to such a high point that almost no sugar is being stored.
  5. Your pancreas has long produced many times the normal level and can not go any higher-it has peaked out.
  6. If anything, it is exhausted and will start producing most likely less and less and your problem worsens.
These things are all happening at the same time and it only gets worse and worse. Once it is out of control and over the top only you can fix it.
