Bacteria, a Savior, NOT a Killer. You Just Need To Encourage the "Right Kind"

Feed your survival system right and it will throw out the baddies. Throw it a few baddies now and then just to keep it in practice.

Ever since promoting germ killing has been a proven money maker, bacteria have been receiving nothing but bad press.

Actually, when man is operating in the system he was designed for, bacteria are just part of life, both good and bad.

The body when maintaining a normal alkaline balance (acid with processed food diets), bad bacteria finds it very difficult to get a foot hold and the bodies ingenious immune system wipes out invaders as a matter of practice.


Take indigenous people off their normal diet, and put them on processed modern food systems, they become susceptible to every bad germ in the vicinity.

They discovered sending them back to their "people" (actually their traditional diet), they often recovered.

What you do not realize is that you have in your body ten bacteria cells in your gut for every cell in your body.

Some figures say three pounds.
What type of bacteria this is in great measure determines your overall health.


When you take antibiotics, you kill this all off and you often had a good thing going with the right bacteria and after the kill off you often reinstall the wrong kind.


Therefore, I make it a practice to absolutely refuse antibiotics except if I was in a life or death situation.

Besides, they lose their effectiveness in your body when you use them unnecessarily.
The Romans (and Thai and other Asians still today) ate a fermented fish they called "fish sauce." This required no refrigeration and was served in the "fast food" establishment of the day.

It was a main stay for the Army, etc.

Very nutrient rich, pre digested, etc., and "worked."

Weston Price's 1930 extensive research with indigenous societies all over the world reported on many other examples, saying he found almost every one of these societies had some fermented food as a main stay of their diet.

Including Europeans using fermented cabbage (Sauer Kraut),
Recent reports show 20 times the vitamin C, then raw cabbage.


Yogurt being common, (fermented milk) and is a key to reinstalling the "friendly" type of bacteria to your gut as are the other fermented foods.

The Japanese eat soy successfully, (I consider it very bad as a content of your diet) but what most do not realize is the Japanese version of soy is "fermented" and like Yogurt, which takes milk which the body can not handle correctly, pre digests it and turns it from a downer into a health food.

87% of Americans still lactose (dairy) intolerant and nearly all Chinese, Asians, etc., are 100% so you will not see "cheese" or other dairy in most Chinese buffets.

The lactose in Yogurt has been "predigested" by the friendly bacteria.


Most people do not realize that the trillions of bacteria in your gut are the key to your health and when they are a happy family of the right kind your body is almost free of being overcome by outside invaders.


These are doing essential functions and, accomplish things you never heard of and like the bacteria in Sauer Kraut, actually develop vitamins literally out of nowhere right in your gut. (vitamin K for example)


When you drink chlorinated water, you kill off many millions of these and put your
system at a disadvantage.

You can drink other water which you may decide has no chemicals added but you do not know for sure in most cases.


My simple solution is to always keep two pitchers of city water available, aging the city water exposed to air 24 hours before using. (Your gold fish will only survive in city water if left to stand 24 hours before using to disperse chlorine.)

My intestinal bacteria are about like the gold fish.

To reinstall and keep the right type of friendly bacteria in my system (gut), I eat yogurt (the only dairy predigested by bacteria) twice a day.

Eat only full fat yogurt, with absolutely no additive.

By the way,

if you can find grass-fed milk yogurt, that is a big plus.


Be sure it says "Live Culture."

You can easily make your own "live yogurt" (1 quart of whole milk the only cost) using bought yogurt as a starter. See articles elsewhere.

Avoid all dairy except yogurt and grass-fed butter (see butter information elsewhere).


Recent studies show that in mice and people studied, both have a different prevalent variety of bacteria in the digestion system of those obese than in those thin.


Apparently, once you get overwhelmed by the wrong bacteria in your digestive system they are highly efficient in turning what you eat into fat.


Diet has a big influence on the type of bacteria in your digestive system and the wrong type take over when you have an abundance of "sugar" arriving regularly.


Some people buy what is known as pro-biotics, different bacteria by the billion you buy in a health food store to attempt to get the right type of bacteria back controlling your digestive system.


This should not be necessary (other than stop gap) with the right diet.

Remember, the caveman got a little dirt (bacteria) right along with his pulled carrots (since he did not wash them in the sink).

If you accidentally ate a little dirt you would think your life is in danger.

Keep in mind processed foods are almost all acidic.


Unprocessed vegetables are almost all alkaline oriented, etc., so diet affects not only the PH or acidic level of your body (crucial in your body overcoming invading bad bacteria), but the type of bacteria that flourish in your gut that literally control your health (ten bacteria cells for every body cell you own and operate).

Cancer cells and invading bacteria and virus cells find it almost impossible to stay alive or flourish in an alkaline body environment with a gut of the right bacteria.

I am personally am not afraid of any bacteria or germs gaining a foot hold as long as I am on the caveman regimen my body was designed for.
I have not missed a day of work or had a cold etc in the nearly two years I have been on it.

As you get older your immune system becomes less and less active or effective.

However, it becomes more experienced in how to whip invaders, and my immune system has now had 78 years experience and if kept in ideal condition it was designed for should be able naturally to overcome any new ones.

I am betting the farm on it...
