Your body turning on a survival response to rid something or reacts to something that it considers instinctively is a danger to your survival, is called "inflammation".Inflammation is when your body reacts with the activation of the immune response and the area becomes "inflamed" with these body defense responders rushing out and trying to do their job and rid your body of this thing it considers a hazard or danger to your survival. Attacking something that does not make or meet the "inherited" 100,000 year old safe list. It is this inflammation (silent body response) that results in damage to cells turning into a degenerative disease, such as cardio vascular events, diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, Alzheimer's, asthma, arthritis etc that are killing 80% of Americans. What triggers "silent inflammation" is any thought, location, feeling, food, emotion, response, stress, drink, drug, memory and/or experience that sets off a series of hormonal reactions in your body that (survival immune response) ultimately over time result in an inadvertent damage (DNA etc) to innocent nearby body cells. If a food or drink is the culprit behind your bodies "intolerant" (unbeknown to you) reaction you may actually be addicted to what you long considered a preferred culinary delight. The allergy "body intolerance" of something could stem from the bodies response to even very healthy food, or something frequently consumed and enjoyed, your body unbeknown to you considers allergens and has to go. During an allergic response, the body releases endorphins that it turns out create the feeling for you of a natural high. Any substance or situation that promotes the body to produce these endorphins and the associated fleeting state of euphoria may be addictive. Like the smoker, even when you discover it is killing you, you still find it hard to give up these pleasure sources.. In actuality you may be "shooting yourself in the foot" so to speak because you may be unknowingly eating a food or foods, that you are allergic to just to get this high, In other words they are "feel good foods" and no matter what you discover here you are going to have a hard time "giving them up" because they give you a high, a feel good, reward yourself food. A clue to help you decide what foods you are allergic to is to look at the foods your most often crave. Are you eating some of the following food list for example to experience a gastronomic high? Foods such as those containing chocolate, dairy, wheat, corn, tomatoes, soy and rice are common sources of this type of food allergens. There are chemical and emotional factors and components which we will not go into in this article but need to be acknowledged and will be taken up in later articles. Your body has a built in intolerance (inherited survival instincts) for certain foods it considers foreign. This sets off a silent response now called the "Inflammation Syndrome" and you will read about it everywhere, it is the latest "buzzword". This is what is killing 80% of Americans that have no idea why or how this is happening primarily in US, (much lessor degree around the world.) So what we are trying to unravel and share with you is how to understand what is happening and what you can do about it to not become just another "statistic". When you become aware and take steps to remove these things from your
life (and your body) you should be able to prevent and reverse heart
disease, strokes, arthritis, diabetes, allergies, asthma, etc., all of
what we call merely symptoms of one disease, "Modernitis." (define)
