If you smoke for 30 years and are dying of cancer, and you say “I did not know cigarettes could kill me. – Then you are dying of ignorance.

If you knew and continued to smoke, then I would say you are dying of stupidity.

The following, we inform you and suggest you do further research yourself.

If you continue after doing that and die as a result of smoking it is a "known" choice.

Smoking is just another of the clever pleasurable developments of civilization and "Modern Man".

We have the nerve here to call this what it is, a contributor to self destruction (killing yourself) under the broad category name "Modernittis",

All "ittis" disease is "do it to yourself" like "Appendicittus", Arthirittis's, etc.

If should be noted, all of these "Modernittis" villains such as smoking do not necessarily kill you by themselves. They eat away with damage that accumulates adding together, and when the damage reaches a total your body can no longer bear, you die. You can rarely give 100% credit to smoking or any one "Modernittis" affect total villain.

They together accumulate bodily damage over years and rarely can a body stand a full damaging accumulation, including smoking past 60 years without starting to come apart.

Smoking and use of Tobacco is now “accepted” and most are aware it can kill you. 30 or 40 years ago, it was also true, but the public had not all “accepted” the idea that this might be true.

In fact it is not always true. The French woman that lived to be 122 smoked right up to her dying day.

The other killers we list may “not always” kill you. Odds are strong though (lower than tobacco) they will and you are free to “gamble” your life just as the smoker does.

However, do not say after researching what we tell you here, when you are in a hospital dying of one of these that you “did not know”, say I knew but I ignored it, (required too much change) gambled and lost.


"Modernitits"

The smoker has a “habit” and even though he knows it is likely killing him finds it very difficult to quit. In fact some find it impossible and continue hoping for the best. You have many pleasurable life style habits, not much different then the smoker. Life just would not be worthwhile if you have to “GIVE THEM UP”.


Likely you wont "GET AROUND TO CHANGE". Like the smoker, you will find excuse after excuse why you should not sacrifice, this pleasurable part of my life right now. May be later. One more wont matter.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE “WILL POWER” ENOUGH TO IMMEDIATELY MAKE CHANGES TO EXTEND YOUR LIFE, STOP NOW, - go - READ SOMETHING ELSE

You are right, you can get away with it likely for quite sometime. First you need to know.

ALL DO IT YOURSELF MODERNITTIS KILLING METHODS ARE ACCUMULATIVE.

  • Smoking one cigarette wont kill you.
  • Eating one Krispy Kreme Doughnut will not kill you
  • Inhaling the chemicals from one “room deodorizes spray wont kill you.
  • Drinking one coke with 12 teaspoons of high fructose corn syrup won’t kill you.
  • Drinking one shot of Scotch whisky
  • Eating one serving of Chow Mien Loaded with MSG won’t kill you.
  • Eating one serving of French fries (made with Trans Fat) (nearly all are) wont kill you.
  • Eating one serving of Corn Flakes made at 4,000 degrees, wont kill you.

HOW MANY WILL IT TAKE?

Your body mounts a defense and in some of these the defense system “builds up” over many usages such as “insulin resistance”. Insulin resistance defense usually takes 40 to 65 years of misuse of “high sugar and starch” to accumulate. The others build up in a like manner.

YOUR BODY HAS A TERRIFIC SURVIVAL SYSTEM –

It can handle almost anything except – civilization and throwing modernittis –inputs at it, that it has no defense against whatsoever, it tries to adapt what it has often killing you. Your caveman designed body reacts with the only defenses it knows, and it is this extreme defense measure by your body and builds up of defense that overtime kills you. These are called “degenerative disease” and what kills over 80% of Americans and 86% of diabetics.

HOW MANY CIGARETTES DOES IT TAKE?

One person, may be 112,500 another 72,000 another 24,000 and maybe one it never does. They die of something else first.

Now all of those “Modernittis” Killers- are interconnected and inter related. Let us say the smoker dies of a heart attack or cardio vascular disease. His arterial system was affected by his smoking and by several other factors such as high insulin from too much sugar, high triglycerides, (wrong fats), etc affecting his circulatory system. He does not really 100% die as a result of smoking, he dies of a combination and damage accumulation of this life time of "Modernittis" affects.

IT IS ALL ONE DISEASE – MODERNITIS

Your body survival system response to the Modern Life inputs, (cigarettes is just one) that it was not designed for and his no appropriate defense against.

STROKES, HEART ATTACKS, DIABETES, CARDIO VASCULAR FAILURE, ALZHEIMER'S, ARTHRITIS, CANCER ARE SYMPTOMS 

These are all just symptoms resulting from this one disease, “Modernitties”, ( Your body defense survival systems inappropriate response to modern life inputs.) Indigenous groups such as the aborigines, American Indians, The Inuit etc. are all succumb rapidly to large number to civilization diseases such as tuberculosis when switched to Civilization - Modern Man diets and life style. Those switched back home to the old site style and diet often fully recovered.

ONE EXPLANATION:

Their body was normally; alkaline from their native diet. Processed “civilization food” is very “acidic”. Attacking diseases and viruses thrive in an acidic environment and find it almost impossible to live in on alkaline environment. When they went back on their native diet they regained alkaline body systems and they “cured” themselves.

PROCESSED “MODERN” FOOD MAY NOT “KILL” YOU, IT AFFECTS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM AND YOUR DEFENSE.

Indirectly your life expectancy is lowered from 120 years, the normal for man. (using same extension as other species) to around 80, 1/3 gone because your body was not designed for “Modern” inputs. You do not know and can not figure out every reason this happens.  Just know that it does happen to everyone (some take longer for full affect then others but it is progressing and damage accumulating in all) and the solution is to keep the good part of civilization and eliminate or change what you can and correct for the problems it causes.

The Modernittis Inputs have to go.

  1. Smoking, cigars, cigarettes, chewing tobacco etc.
  2. Alcohol with what may be a few fine tuned exceptions for now, It has to go
  3. Pop – all soft drinks, no exceptions (plus anything including water with high fructose corn syrup added. (Coke is selling water with it added.)
  4. Sugar in any form dextrose – fructose as any other name, (particularly high fructose corn syrup.)
  5. Flour – all grains, (gluten) or anything containing it.
  6. Dairy – exception, yogurt made with the right bacteria
  7. All vegetable oils and fats all man made oils and fats
  8. Eliminate man modified Hydrogenated fats “Trans fat” used by 90% of chain restaurant and fast food establishments
  9. All Root Vegetables, (especially potatoes) except raw carrots onions and garlic, ginger etc.
  10. Diabetics cut fruit diet to very limited or eliminate totally initially. Too high sugar content until you get on to parceling this out. Example, twelve grapes mixed with eating some meat etc is called "blending"...cuts sudden rush of sugar digestion.

  2. Exercise
  3. Drinking lots of water – (Let sit 24 hours to eliminate chlorine), probably drinking twice as much water as you formerly drank.
  4. Fresh air – Average American inside 90% of the time. Average home air is more polluted then most polluted outside air. Completely air out and change entire house air at least once a day – use open windows for change of air even in cold temperature.
