This is a lifestyle change that has to do with changing "habits" and is the hardest to change. You have for 50 plus years, (likely) eaten 3 square meals consisting of a large mixture of many different foods and over the years spent less and less time eating. It used to be an hour, now most have it down to 30 minutes and some even to 15. Doing something different does not feel right and it will be uncomfortable doing it. This is normal and you will have to force yourself consciously everyday without exception to change "habits" of what has been done automatically for so long. It will take 21 days with no fallbacks (survival mode) to make it automatic - a "habit" you do without thinking about or making a conscious effort to do so.There will be emotional turmoil, that this seems crazy - you will have a hard time sticking to this and other major life style changes. Once you get past the 21 days, it will seem like "normal" and it will start to "feel" like you did the right thing and that you should have done this years ago.
