People that have Celiac Disease (CD) are not able to tolerate "Gluten" causing
an Intestinal disorder that the immune system Damages the
mucosal small finger like "villi" surface of the lining of the small
intestine.
Affecting absorption and causing certain malnutrition regardless of quality or quantity of food eaten.
Gluten proteins are found in all forms of wheat and related grains: rye, and barley, etc medicines and vitamins.
Biopsies have confirmed Diabetics type one and downs syndrome, with (CD) in as many as 10%.Many type 2 actually have the advanced symptoms of the disease itself but few are tested for it.
May cause digestive abdominal pain, gas, bloating, chronic diarrhea, anemia and fatigue Often causes victim to be irritable or depressed, bone or joint pain osteoporosis, , behavioral changes, muscle cramps, seizures infertility, recurrent miscarriage various symptoms of malnutrition. Or may have no symptoms.
Cure is to cut out all Gluten consumption (grain) often disguised in processed foods and even medicines.
Healed means a person now has villi that can absorb nutrients from food into the bloodstream, and usually recover in a few months of gluten free.
Result of flare up of not inheriting a body digestion system not designed for grain consumption, symptoms appear in both man and animals such as pet dogs and cats and go away when "foods not tolerable" are removed from diet.
